Mr. Rogers retired after 45 years in the accounting field. He served as Manufacturing Accounting Manager for a mid-size corporation. Mr. Rogers is presently Chairman of the board for Big Creek Water District. |
Mr. Davis has been General Manager for Belton-Honea Path Water Authority for 20 years. He is a graduate of Lander College and served in the U.S. Armed Forces. |
Mr. Locke retired from First Federal Savings & Loan of Anderson after 33 years of service. He was serving as Senior Vice President at the time of his retirement. Mr. Locke is currently Chairman of the Board for Broadway Water District. |
